Simon Fonteyn

Founder, Managing Director

Simon is one of Australia’s leading experts on retail rental valuations, with over 30 years of experience in the commercial property industry. Simon has a wealth of practical property experience, contract knowledge, AI expertise and a vast databank of competitive leasing intelligence. Simon founded Leasing Information Systems and has pioneered the use of AI in automating lease abstraction and founded Accurait in partnership with CSIRO’s Data 61. He is currently an Executive Director of FLNT, which acquired Leaseinfo and Accurait in 2021.

Jonathan Carlile

Executive Director

Jonathan is a property professional with over 35 year’s experience across retail, commercial and industrial real estate, including 20 years focusing on retail property and national retail network growth. He was the Property Director for Metcash for over 15 years and is a foremost expert in the valuation of supermarkets and shopping centres. He is a qualified property and business valuer, and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.

Tony Lei

Senior Valuer

Tony graduated from Bachelor of Property Economics at UTS in 2009 with Honours and has been with IPS Consultants ever since. Excelling in mathematics and statistical data, Tony finds valuation a perfect fit for his skill set.
